After paying $3600.00 a month for a small 2 bedroom I think I am over the Paramount. Prking is horrible, they charge you to use the gym, BBQ grill and window cleaning that get dirty the second after they are cleaned. Oh yeah.....don't plan on getting your windows cleaned till atleast a month after you have scheduled an appointment, they never show up and the Managers don't have a clue. Its not worth it...unless you like snotty neighbors, thin walls, and waiting an hour for an elevator. And buy some good earplugs when the fire trucks and construction go on at 3am. Also...when it gets hot out, there is no form of central A/C, so when we had a constant month of hot sticky weather, nobody slept. For the money we pay, someone should atleast put a cooling system. Some of the guys at the desk are awesome, but a few have attitudes worst that the yuppie snotty tenants who think they are cool by living here. There are better places and this will be my final months at the beloved Paramount!!!! PS, the building is half empty so dont plan on meeting many of your neighbors!!!
