I had to relocate from NYC to SF for a year, The Paramount provided a New York sensibility in spades. I lived on a high floor, 30th, with an awesome North facing corner view. Noise was rarely a problem. I rarely heard my neighbors. The unit's facilities were excellent and the spacious bathroom was perfect. Washer/Dryer in a studio unit' Yes!
I had very few parking problems. In fact I thought the valet service of calling ahead and having my car waiting downstairs was suberb. An elevator ride away, I never had to hit the streets to retrieve my car. Few buildings in SF offer that.
The Rooftop was a shining example of what a roof can be -chill in a cabana anyone'
The neighborhood has LOTS to do, but the lack of grocery & homeless kinda suck. But tons of great restaurants nearby more than make up for that. My gal loved the pool because she always had it all to herself. Beat that! I used the top-notch LA Sports Club across the street, inside the Four Seasons.
The staff was excellent as well.
Hey you can find faults or buy a place in the Four Seasons across the street for a mil .
