I lived here for a year and the office staff was not very helpful. Upon living elsewhere for several months I now realize this place is much better than where I am now but not exactly what I want. I would move back if it could be relocated to the nob hill area and the rent reduced. I don't think the apartment is worth the rent they are asking. If you move here don't expect to meet anyone. Everyone keeps to themselves and avoids contact. I lived here during the hotel strike and it was awful listenin to them all the time. I think that also made my stay here worse. If a strike ever happens again you will be surrounded especially with the new hotel going in. Best of luck!
