Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
We did not rent at this place because of the price of the apartment, $3000 for 1 bed/1 bath, the price of parking, $300 and the regis building that blocks most of the view of all the apartments on the South face. (Which is what we were offered) Not worth the money.
