I have lived in the Paramount a short time and absolutely love this building. Coming from NYC I am used to a pampered lifestyle and quality service. This building has A service and things are taken care of immediately.
The views from my high floor one bed are amazing.
One of the best features is paying with American Express. The fact that I can get miles and fly away while paying rent is fabulous.
I saw a few comments about the parking garage on previous survey's, but I love the valet. It's nice to get home and just drop your car off with someone.
The leasing staff is great as well and completely took care of my needs.
