I moved into the Paramount about a month ago and love my apartment. The view is amazing. The windows are double paned and I do hear occasional sirens, but I guess that is city living for you. The leasing staff was great and they were very accomodating. I love that they take American Express since I travel a ton and don't have to remember to pay rent. Also, earning miles for paying rent is pretty great. I highly recommend this building.
