Nice to be in the middle of the City From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Nice apartment, beautiful environment, friendly staff, although price is kind of high. Shopping Whole foods is within a few minutes walk. GREAT pool area and the view from the roof is great also. I have lived here two years and the increase from one year to the next was not so bad being that are like 100% full. By the way set up rent payment with AMEX and there is never a need to go to office. If ytou have a need for something to be fixed just let the concierge know on your way in or out of the building. Biggest negative is parking with the valet and having to wait for the car to arrive.
