I've been here about a month, and had moved in even after reading some of the negative things people have posted here. First things first, I was concerned about the noise, coming from me and the city. I have a loud setup, (no subwoofer), and have played my music at decent levels without any notices, and I cannot hear my neighbors ever, aside from one who has a dog, which i've only heard bark once. Another thing I was worried about is it is supposed to be very very loud from the city below. I'm on the 23rd floor and honestly...hangon let me turn down my music. I really can't hear anything, with the windows open its louder but personally I find it soothing and can even sleep with my window open. There is not a huge plethora of firetrucks...there are some, but with the windows closed you can barely notice it. The concierge service is great, very friendly, the doorman is a nice touch and I feel very priviledged when leaving the building. The valet service is really very good, if you call in advance (automated phone system...very easy), but I have noticed some slight odor issues when returning to my car, but luckily they dissapate quickly. The housekeeping service, is quite quite good. They really do an amazing job of cleaning my apartment so it's spotless, and dust all my electronics etc, the small touches. I was actually surprised that they even did some of my dishes, and washed/dryed/folded my towels for me, I wasn't expecting that.

When coming home from a long day of whatever in the city... it really is refreshing to be here, the analogy of it being alot like being on vacation is true, its very much like being at a luxury hotel. I feel very lucky to be able to afford to live here, because thats the main thing...price... If you can afford to rent here, then by all means I say go for it. Living at this address is amazing, simply because literally everything I need is within walking distance, really quite amazing. And when I have a beautiful view to come home to.
