Paramount Apartments

Great managment! Beautiful building! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   I've lived in the Paramnount for over 4 years and it's been a pleasure thus far. The managment team is superb, the concierge team is the BEST, and the building is super clean and nice. Parking is a bit of a hassle, the underground garage is not owned by The Paramount and they charge $300/month to park, but it is VALET! It was pretty noisy when we first moved in, construction of the Argent, but now it's just the fire engines and that I've gotten used to. You can't beat sitting on your window ledge 20 some stories high listening to Music in the Park at Yerba Buena every summer weekend. It's great. Nice up scale gym with free classes every day, sky lounge that you can rent out and party in... All they need now is a spa!! Outdoor pool in San Francisco, c'mon... BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
