Paramount Apartments

5 Star From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006 1 response   The Paramount is the highest quality apartment I've ever lived in. I lived in a Related Building in NY and did not know they had buildings in CA, once I found out this was a one of theirs, I moved in without hesitation. I rarely (if ever) hear any of my neighbors. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance (yes I do call maintenance for minor things, toilets bulbs, etc) responded and fixed the issues within 24 hours. The concierges are very helpful with everything. Nice to be able to call the front desk and have the toilet or other maintenance issues handled 24 hours a day. OK now the cons, most of which have been written about prior. Noise: The fire trucks going by on 3rd street are loud but you get used to it. The "bar" or "club" on mission can also get loud and does not attract the best crowd. The parking vendor as others have mentioned is less than pefect and at times it is a pain to have to call ahead of time but you get used to it after a while.
