Insincere Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I don't live there, but just wanted to see the place and decide. I called on a Tuesday and the woman said, sure come by Wednesday after 3pm, someone will be here. I said, great, I live in Emeryville but have a class until 3pm so I will come by then. So I come by on Wednesday at around 3pm and no one was in the office. I called the number and no one answered. I waited 45 minutes, left 2 messages saying who it was and mentioning I called yesterday and made the appointment. I also restated how I was from Emeryville and that it was not easy to make the trip all the way across town. Plus it was raining hard that day. I got no call back AT ALL, not that day or any other to apologize. It took me an hour in the traffic and rain to get back home. I can't imagine the place would be too great to live when the management is so flaky. Plus a 1 bedroom is $1550, that's pretty high for a dated complex as it looked from the outside.
