	case and point: The owner is nuts, lives on site, and is irratonal and inconsiderate when dealing with tennants, which is his favorite hobby. Run.......RUN away from this evil property.

	Don't move here, the garbage has been piling up for weeks, they don't return calls, and two managers have quit within 1 month due to these owners. watch out

	We loved this apartment, but man, the walk up the hill was rough. parking on pine is forbidden 4 hours every day, but the building is well maintained and the location (except for the hill) is perfect. You pay for ... more

	Our apartment was completely infested with cockroaches for our entire stay and the management did not seem to think this was unusual.
