I couldn't wait to leave this frat house. I found a much better place at a great deal. The manager is an imbecile. Since the vacancy rate is high, he let anybody move in. If your idea of fun is parties with 100 kids in the courtyard with the cops being called out 3 times, move in! It took over 4 months to get some basic stuff fixed. Robert the manager is real nice to you at first but as soon as you sign the lease he changes overnight. The apts are decent but a tad on the small side. The only good thing is that electricity is included..Big deal, what was I saving...about $25 a month.
