Why does it take so long to repaint over the graffiti' The City Dept. of Public Works put up a notice and sent a certified copy of the notice to the owners on 5-2-06. It is all over the Mason St. side of the building. People from other buildings in the neighborhood complain about it - it's embarassing. It has been up for months. Why is it so hard to cover up'
The fire alarm box goes off all the time - always seems to beep and buzz on a holiday or weekend. Why can't it be permanetly/fixed/replaced' This has been going on for at least two years now, ever since the big fire! Yes we had a big fire in the building!
Mice. Yes, we have had an on-going mice problem ever since Robert was the manager. Why can't they put those black bait boxes around the building rather than those cheap snap traps that we all have to look at/step over.
