This building is for very laidback people. If you don't like animals or if you are a stuck up prick and way too ---- please don't move in. Almost everyone has a cat or dog in this building. The tenants on our floor are pretty cool and we have no complaints. We all have a respectful mutual type understanding of our neighbors/friends and they are all very chill.

The apartments are nice, all utilities included in the rent and they allow you to have pets (DOGS too). The upkeep of the building is okay, they have housecleaning who meticulously clean every week. The previous manager (Jason) was a scummy pervert and needed to GO, and recently fired for not doing his job. He was always drunk or on something when ever I ran into him. He often made gross passes at me and looked like crap. When I first met him he acted decent and real chill, then found out I have a bf and wouldn't fix s*** for us. He was a total creepo, Thank goodness he's GONE.. We met the new manager and he is absolutely wonderful and we've taken a liking to his very friendly personality (even though he doesn't speak english too well). The neighborhood is lovely, close to Grace Cathedral and "the dog park". Other than that, we're happy here. The owner of the property (Lidia) has accommodated us pretty fairly since our problem with the previous manager has settled. Overall we like this building very much; it's clean, SAFE and in an awesome location.
