903 Pine St is, as mentioned by others here, is an apartment complex where everyone has a pet. The new apartment manager (Alex) is a hard working russian-speaking man who does a great job of keeping things clean now. He is new as of Oct 06. That said, there are major maintenance issues in the building, including broken pipes, mold, graffiti, etc. There is currently a mouse problem. Finally, there are a _lot_ of people in the building that smoke marijuana. There is quite a bit of elevator noise if you are on the first two floors.
