I have only good things to say about this place, I adored my unit, I think it was #260... it was right next to the manager's (rick is probably the nicest, coolest...most awesome manager on earth) - He probably sealed the deal actually... I mean he's not a hard-ass, he's fun, he cares..like actually has compassion about his tenants. One month I was gone for a while and he actually called my personal reference to check if I was ok.
The other tenants were great too... no weirdos, nothing like what is outside. But the people on the street, while unsightly and strange at times... aren't violent or scary.
The apartment had very high ceilings, the interior is beautiful. It's got a very classy feel to it.

There werent any bug problems, which was vital to me since I went there to escape having to live with spiders. At one point the plumbing was on the fritz but they made sure it didn't seriously inconvenience me and took $100 off my rent.

Which was already fantastic... considering I had all utilities included and the studio had a closet big enough to make into a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom (with an iron tub...was really neat)
