Relatively good neighborhood, nice and helpful staff, only 4 blocks from dowtown, overall a good place to live

Post street towers is in a fairly good part of town, right between the Tenderloin and Nob Hill so expect to meet some strange people but you'll get those people all over San Francisco.
The staff are always happy and prompt to help with any problems. The apartments themselves are nice enough, nothing amazing but there's alot you can do with them. If your looking for something for a few months or a year or 2 before you get established or move somewhere else then its perfect because of its location. Overall it was an enjoyable experience living there.
