Great location, nice amenities, prices have dropped lately

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I have lived here for a little over one year and have enjoyed it very much. The location is great - just three blocks from Union Square and walking distance to great restaurants, theatres, and the Financial District.
The building has a nice fitness room with newer equipment and sauna. It also has a "cyberlounge" with computers,fax, and TV that is open 24hours. They have a security person at the front desk who will sign for packages. They also have a free videos you can check-out from the desk or office.
