Good if you can afford the rent

Pros:
The building is maintained better than many I've seen.
The location is great- a couple of blocks from Union Square & hence centrally located.
There's a couple of public transport buses that run from Post Street (in front of the building) into the financial district. Or from Geary into the Richmond district.
Quiet building- you hardly ever hear your neighbors- I guess it might also depend on what kind of neighbors you have!
They have a small but functional gym which is a big plus I think- esp for city accommodation. It's free!
They have parking too at an additional cost.
A courtyard with trees - when you want some fresh air.
In most city rental offices, I have experienced staff that can be rude & unhelpful once you sign the lease.
But at Post Street Towers, Ben and the others seems quite sweet & ready to help.
They make the best coffee- free in front of the rental office!
Cons
Rent is obviously not cheap due to location.
Apartments are kinda small (but mostly well lit)
Bathrooms are unusually small in some apartments.
