I have lived at this building for about a month. The prices are expensive, despite the recent rent reduction (from extortion levels to about market rate). Twice in the one month I have lived there, there has been no hot water. There is apparently no maintenance person on staff. Calls to the management office about the problem were not returned. I have also asked that a window latch be fixed and have got no response.
