Living here for half a year was great. Although I only had a small studio, I had a an adorable view from the 14th floor. The furniture was functional, moder and simple which gave me the chance to easily turn the studio into MY place with my bit of decoration. The kitchen had everything I needed and more. There was ample of cupboard space. The studio was very bright. Office staff, especially Ben, were always great and helpful and (almost) always up for a nice chat. For those cookie-lovers out there: Free cookies and coffee every morning - I just enjoyed the smell of it when leaving in the morning. They have a nice outside patio in which you can relax. The gym is small, but perfectly maintained. The lounge was cool and there was always someone to chat to. The area is very safe despite its proximity to the tenderloin. I didn't mind walking home alone late in the nights all dressed up although I am an attractive girl. Overall: I would very much recommend living here, as it is very central. However, rents are quite high for the size of accomodation (but hey, there's so much more to it)
