I have been living at Post Street Towers for about a year now. It's true that it takes many many months for anything to get fixed and it's true that the art students are annoying. But overall, the buildings are quiet and made well with thick walls and windows. The tenants are mostly pretty quiet due to an enforced 24 hour quiet policy (very nice!!!). The courtyard and roof top terrace are also quite nice. Some of the apartments have old appliances, some new. And some of the apartments have nice views and great lighting, others are left in the shadows. The neighborhood while very close to Tenderloin is a very interesting neighborhood with a lot of great restaurants and cafes. Overall, it's a good place to live but the staff really does need to keep the number of art students in check and get things fixed in the apartments much more quickly.
