First of all, I lived there in 2003-2004, so I don't know how things are now.

That said, my roommate and I had many problems with the apartment. Our garbage disposal blew up and filled the sink with dirty water that wouldn't drain...and it took them about two weeks to fix it. Our bathtub started backing up at one point, and it took about a week for that one. Same with the toilet. The dishwasher started sparking and we actually had to evacuate because of the smoke and fumes. That didn't get fixed for a while either.

I have a cat. They required a cat deposit of $300, which I paid. When it came time to move out, they didn't have any record of it being paid. I did. I showed them my cancelled check. Never got it back. They made excuse after excuse about why; they never got it, oh wait they did but it was used as rent, wait no they didn't...etc. Move in deposits were kept. Funny, all of the fees for painting and cleaning and such equalled our deposit to the penny. And they charged double fees. 2 painting fees, 2 carpet cleaning fees.

We never got any of our money back. Rip off
