I lived here for six months and was highly unsatisfied with Post Street Towers. Management does not enforce any of the house rules. It is very noisy all night long with the many art academy students that live here. The elevators and common areas are perpetually dirty. Security is a joke. Repairs are extremely slow and shabby. Once you sign a lease, the staff no longer wants to see or hear from you again. If you are over the age of twenty-one and don't want to live in a chaotic dormitory, rent elswhere because you won't be happy here.
