I lived here for a year. The studio apartment was nice but it was facing 10 feet away from me. Security is uncaring. I had a bike stolen from the secured courtyard on a chain latched to the rack . . . no one cared or bothered to look at the security tapes to see who did it. Some wierd guy kept hollaring at people all through out the night for making too much noise . . . the volume of a normal conversation.
They tell you that heat is included in the price . . . but not electricity. Then you find out later that the heat is electric and you have a big bill to pay.
The trash shoots fill up very quickly so things stink.
