Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
living here has been an extreme contrast. management overall has to be rated as being very poor. leaks from outside into the apartment are promised to be fixed promptly but does not take place for months. one girl that works there is extremely rude and answers the phone by saying "okay..." when you tell them you are a resident. on the bright side there are a few competent people in the office but they are few and far between. good luck, as every time you walk in there it's a crapshoot
