I use to live at Post St towers and was disgusted by the amount of charges that they throw at you. Water/sewer/garbage you will have to pay for. There were times when the hot water was shut off and couldn't take a shower in my studio. Good thing I had a gym membership and was able to work out and take a shower there. I then asked for a credit on my water bill, for those times, and they didn't do that. I think it was way overpriced, the alarm kept going off.
The only thing I liked was the door service and the after hours guy in the office. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
