Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
*Management is never there during office hours.
*Maintence is nice but take very long to fix anything and never do it right.
*Plumbing is bad, the complex has had a plumbing problem for almost a year. You can hear loud noises when anyone in the large complex is taking a shower. Imposible to sleep in on the weekend!
*They don't clean the apartmens well before you move in and the carpet is DIRTY and very used, management does not seem to care.
*It's just NOT clean. Gross
*Noise, very loud
*Bikes are stolen from racks in courtyard
