The apartments is small, the rent is high and then they gouge you on service fees. While management does try and help if there is a problem, they simply can't make up for the gross overcharging that goes on here. There is no doubt that the company is out to maximize their profits. Luckily I moved out right as the plumbing problems started getting bad. The only good things is that they will let you sign up for a short term 3 month lease, of course as soon as the lease is up they will raise your rent as much and as often as they can.
In short, it's ok for short term living, but I would never want to live here for more than a few months.
