I travel a lot for work, so the size and built-in amenties of the Post St Towers is among one of the reasons why I have stayed here for 7 years. Once they started charging for water, and also when the place started to resemble a dorm (how many fire alarms must one endure'), that is when I opted to leave. I'm never home to notice much else. The real reason I stayed so long is the location. Easy to get cabs, and mass transpo. Once upon a time, before the place was overrun by immature AAU and Culinary students, you used to get rooftop access to see the entire bay. Used to be a great place to live, but the surcharges and arbitrary rent hikes forced me to leave. In all the place is clean, you have a security guard, and free wifi (along with a community room).
