Superb view of the Bay Bridge

Superb view of the Bay Bridge! Easy access to Market Street, shopping places, and the Embarcadero. (Strolling/Jogging along the Embarcadero during weekends is pretty nice)
There are some good workout places nearby too - notably YMCA (which offers much reduced fees the for Rincon residents), Club One, 24-hr Fitness. Has laundry room for each tower. The security is pretty tight (have 24-hour security people on duty)
The one-bedroom unit is kinda small though, studio flat is even less imaginable. It feels more like a college student room. Parking requires extra payment. Can be noisy during office hours.
