We've lived here for over a year, and have loved every minute. If you're not to cheap to pay for a nice apartment, they have some good sized apartments, as well as, the small ones. The views of the Bay, and of the city, are Excellent! Great restaruants nearby, including Yank Sing, Cosmopolitan, Ozumo, and Pasta Pardiso. If you work at McDonald's...you probably shouldn't consider this place as an option, as it is a bit pricey (although well worth it). The front office staff is VERY nice, and VERY efficient. Sandi is a wonderful person to deal with. The housekeepers, and maintenance staff are also very friendly, and helpful. The place is extremely well maintained. The parking (not operated by Rincon) seems expensive, and the parking spots feel small, that goes with living in San Francisco, and it is convienent.
