The apartments living spaces are fairly nice and the location is great with the best public transportation but they provide no amenities. There are no common rooms or other common spaces--even though there is an area between the towers on floor 7 that would be a great common patio, they do not want to bother. There is a garden area between the two buildings, but it is public. They do not seem to want to allow communication between tenants, for example they do not allow bulletin boards in the laundry rooms. They installed the cheapest possible kitchen an bathroom cabinets. Paint job and carpets are poor quality. Maintenance is responsive.Small baths. Parking is $300/month extra. No exercise room, but across from a good YMCA.
