Management Totaly Unethical

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
It is a well known fact that the office staff, comes to this site, to write positive reviews. That's just par for the course for this management team. Never was I lied to, disrespected, and treated like dirt, as the year I lived at Rincon Towers. Except for the view, there is nothing, that can justify renting from such sharks.
