Rincon Towers a big NO!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Despite the heartless management. The apartments are very small for the price.
The decision makers are never seen. Only the leasing office controls the Rincon Towers. Oh! Don't forget to get your interest payment on your deposits.
