As the previous reviewer said, the management is extremely dishonest. If I known about the huge rent increases and office "mistakes", I would never have moved in.

Furthermore, though the location is oftentimes very good, at other times it can be the worst imaginable. Many days out of the year, the waterfront area is set aside for various events like New Year's Eve, Bay to Breakers, or KFOG Kaboom. There's no way to get out or into the parking garage, the sidewalks are packed and practically impassable, and the noise is very disruptive. On an everyday basis, rush hour traffic on all of the surrounding streets is very heavy.

Aside from that, the apartments are nothing special. The units are really small, even for San Francisco. Not having laundry in the apartments is another enormous inconvenince, unacceptable for the rents they want to charge.
