If you are considering renting an apartment at Rincon Towers, you would be . It is very likely that a large night club (capacity 700 people and open to 2:00 AM) will open this fall directly across from and less than 150 feet from the apartments. Current rental management is completely non-responsive to tenant concerns and the whole building seems to be moving towards monthly corporate apartments. When asked to join tenants is raising concerns about the night club and the possible noise, current management said they did not want to get involved and tenants would be on their own to deal with the noise. Rents per square foot are high when compared to other possibilities in San Francisco.
