I have lived at Rincon Towers for years and it feels like it is getting worse by the month. It's looking more and more beaten up (despite the recent renovation to parts of one tower), is very noisy due to the Cosmopolitan Cafe noise bouncing off of a stone courtyard, lacks any amenities whatsoever (there isn't even any air conditioning and the temp can soar through the 90's with all of the windows). To make matters worse, I can guarantee that you will never deal with a more childish, unresponsive and downright deceitful group of apartment managers. This place is turning into a nightmare. It's too bad, because the former management were delightful. And although the apartments were always small, you could always count on the place being kept clean and the staff being helpful. Not any more. Look before you leap.
