I would recommend to the company that the property management team be fired altogether. I never dealt with anyone so lazy, stupid, unreponsible, and unaccountable. I had lived in the apartment for several years before moving out. We used to have a very good management team who takes care of things very well.

Ever since the new management team came on board, everything changed. I heard tenants talking bad about them, but did not realize until I had to deal with them myself.

Not capable of calculating rent correctly, they would tell you that you owe them money, even though we had the courtesy to do the calculation for them on a letter and personally delivered to them before. They had not bother to look at the letter at all! And even if you called them to have the matter resolved, another person would call you again with the same question.

Even if you called in advance to tell them you would like them to have something ready for you to pick up at a certain time, by the time you come down, you still have to wait there for long for them to sort things out, as if they haven't done anything at all. I was completely ignored like this for several times. I don't know if this is laziness or what. At least, something is wrong with their work habbit.

Incidents like these are way too many. And they are not personable at all. Believe me, you do not want to deal with them even once.
