Lived in building for 3 yrs From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/17/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   I moved into the building on opening day(Dec 2000), and I have to say that is not all good, but is not bad either. Building is new and quite clean, had very little problems with neighbors, and even though we are very close to 6th St, I had never had any problems. If you live facing the street, it can get quite noisy, but having a convenient store in the building, a gym, indoor parking, one block from BART, half a block from Muni, and one block from Farmers's Market, more than counteracts the cons.
