I lived here for nine months. I found the management staff to be very friendly and helpful (Rick, especially). The building is well maintained and I feel safe. The security staff are very nice. The gym is good (although gets VERY hot... someone should consider an air conditioner). Rent is reasonable. Neighbors are friendly, although it is an odd mix with lower-income units. The neighborhood.... sketchy. VERY sketchy... although I haven't personally felt unsafe, It's not the nicest of areas to walk through. If your unit faces Minna St, you will hear some very interesting arguements (conversations').

All in all, I was happy.
