Good place for low commute/city life

I have been living here for 3 years now. Management is great (especially Rick & Ray).
Positives
1. Great location (1 blk to Civic Center)
2. Good Maintenance
3. In community laundry
4. 24 X 7, in house Gym
5. Gated & guarded car parking
6. Convenient garbage chute.
Negatives
1. Significant low-income tenants (some very weird looking/behaving - yet harmless)
2. Occasional disturbances from Minna Street.
3. Stinky seafood smell from some neighbors' kitchens when they open doors to let the odour out to walkways while cooking . Why eat something with stench that they themselves can't bear '
Overall, I like the place. Try getting a corner unit (has more sunlight & ventilation).
