Good but... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I lived here for almost a year now, and my contract gonna expired pretty soon. Overall the apartment is great especially the management staff (very helpful). The only complain i have is about some neighbors of mine (upstairs, across especially). I could hear every single thumping steps the neighbor above took (very annoying!). And the neighbor across me SLAM the door everytime they get out of the apartment (talk about being considerate)... but I could say one thing that sometimes this complex could be really "QUIET" so it's nice. Neighborhood is not that nice since it's near 6th and 7th street.
