This place is shady... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   I moved out this place about a month ago and was expecting my full deposit back. 25 days later I finally got my deposit and they had taken money off for cleaning. That's total B.S. I spent 2 days cleaning the entire apartment. The maintenance guy even commented on how clean the apartment was on final move-out inspection. He told me there wasn't anything wrong, so I thought that was the end of it. If I had known they would have charged me anyway, I would have left the place messy and not wasted my time cleaning. I figure they do this to everyone that lived there. If you already live here, take pictures of your place after you've moved out and cleaned it. If you're planning to live here, don't.
