so the office staff has changed and this building is not what it used to be. There is no longer a 24 hour concierge staff as advertised and the turnover rate is amazing! The Treadmills in the so called Fitness center are dinosaur in age. You can only run for 30mins at a time and forgetting runnings hills the machines will start smoking. The weight equipment is also extremely outdated and awful. For the rent they can definitely make some changes and employ decent individuals who are not on drugs or try to get free drinks from tenants at bars!

i must say that we have gone through some employee's. only to make Soma Residences a better place to live. I have lived at this community for almost 3 year with 278 other residents I don't feel that we have made a good choice. I am the Community manager please if you have some concerns lets get together and make some solutions.Lets set up a time frame and work out how we can make this a better place.
