Clean, convenient

The building is new, stylish and reasonably priced. Convenience to MUNI/BART as well as secured underground parking is top feature. Studios can be quite small, but well maintained. Worst part is very undesireable areas very close (6th st., Civic Center). Transients frequently outside building, occasionally work their way in. Some cars have been broken into recently. Seem to have a lot of Sec. 8 (welfare) tenants. A few tenants seem to not care and trash the nice decor.
