STAFF:

First of all the staff is way cool. Even the security guards are pleasant to speak with. At times the staff can be anal except for Miss Davis (she?s cool).



PRICE:

The price for that area is rising higher and higher. Think morgage payment.



LOCATION:

The location is great if you like to cook. If not you?re going to have to spend "bank" at the local restaurants. The location is great for Pac-Bell events, but horrible if you?re trying to find parking or get a cab. You?ll have to spend (at least) 20mins in order grab a cab because they hate going down there. Extremely quite during the weekends unless there is a game, which is really nice.



INTERIOR:

Now about the place itself... Everything is very low quality and extremely basic. No character what so every. Cheap materials make for a crappy place. Be prepared to spend a few dollars fixing it up.



AMENITIES:

Totally New pool room, and great theatre.!!!! Very cheap if you want to rent it out. Classy!



PARKING:

Either pay $300 for the lot or pay $300 in tickets. Think DPT-DPT-DPT.......

Basically, you?re screwed either way.
