I lived in a 1 bedroom @ 1725/mo, on 3rd floor facing courtyard pool area. Paid an additional $200/mo for a parking space which regularly had a resident's guest parking in it during baseball season. Interior was flat white, easily smudged, looking dirty, small kitchen, and small bedroom, with weird storage closet setup. The balcony was nice, but also hard to access. The door opening required you step up and out and the was fairly narrow. Hard to put a fixed table and chairs out.

Cleaning and Maintenance staff was nice. Office staff could be a bit stuffy. A lot of times the security keys don't work properly. No reasonable restaurants or shopping within walking or even short driving distance. Closest Safeway in Potrero Shopping center.

Liked the gym although small and the pool and jacuzi were also nice. Clubhouse for events requires $500 deposit and $100/hour. Wait doesn't rent already cover upkeep of this space''

If you live alone and don't have guests and eat in and don't mind spending a lot to do so in this very basic apartment complex with limited square footage, this is the place for you. Your guest will never find a parking space on the street which is constantly patrolled and require meter payment, yes, even on weekends.

Sound proofing was great, never heard my neighbors

I moved from SBM for a two bedroom in Noe Valley with a view and parking included for $1725. SBM simply charges too much for what the offer in what is still a rather industrial area.
