Overpriced compared to all the Great new units available in the area. Other complexes have much larger units as well as far superior finishes and appliances. Outdated everything. The management staff is either clueless are has an attitude. After a few years of getting to know the property it appears everything depends "who"you know , from Below Market Rate unit availabilty to treatment once you become a resident. I would not advis selecting this as your "Home". Street noise as well as uncontrolled late night parties is a definite problem.
